Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive inspection, diagnosis, and repair of John Deere tractors and agricultural machinery.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance services to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Execute engine overhauls and component replacements according to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Provide technical advice and operation briefings to customers on-site.
- Ensure all workshop operations comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably specializing in heavy equipment or agricultural machinery.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematic drawings.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Lampung region as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
