Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair John Deere agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and system calibrations
- Document maintenance activities using digital service systems and prepare detailed repair reports
- Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure efficient repair workflows
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair procedures
- Train junior mechanics on proper equipment handling and maintenance techniques
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience with agricultural equipment maintenance
- John Deere certification or specialized heavy machinery training preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and hydraulic/electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in field conditions with flexible schedule availability
- Basic computer skills for documentation systems
