Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct Pre-Operational Inspections: Perform detailed checks on John Deere equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness before field deployment.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and execute routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
- Execute Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in agricultural machinery.
- Hydraulic System Service: Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, and cylinders to ensure proper fluid flow and pressure.
- Engine Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify engine performance issues and perform necessary overhauls or component replacements.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and repair work adheres to strict safety standards and company protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs and work orders for all serviced equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with John Deere or similar heavy agricultural machinery.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmission systems.
- Licensure: Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Problem Solving: Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency.
- Location Availability: Willingness to be based in Merauke, Papua Selatan.
