Tanggung Jawab
- Performing thorough inspections and diagnostic testing on John Deere tractors, combines, and loaders.
- Executing preventative maintenance schedules, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
- Repairing and overhauling diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensuring all repairs comply with strict safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Documenting work orders and maintaining accurate, up-to-date service records.
- Communicating technical findings to clients and explaining necessary repairs clearly.
- Assisting in the assembly of new machinery and equipment setup.
Kualifikasi
- Technical vocational degree or diploma in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Specific experience with John Deere agricultural equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Valid driving license and valid mechanic certification.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
