Are you a skilled mechanic looking to work with premium machinery in a scenic environment? We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic Maintenance for a private golf course facility in Batam. In this role, you will be the backbone of our groundkeeping operations, ensuring that all turf management equipment is running at peak performance. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose complex mechanical issues, and oversee repairs on a variety of heavy-duty machinery. If you have a passion for engines and a keen eye for detail, this contract role offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art golf equipment and contribute to the pristine condition of the course.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on golf course turf equipment (e.g., greens mowers, rough mowers, utility vehicles).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures efficiently.
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Oversee the lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of parts to prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and repair logs.
- Collaborate with the ground crew to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Specific experience with golf course equipment or lawn care machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid Mechanic's license or certification is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
