Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and support units, specifically Tower Lamps.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to identify mechanical and electrical failures.
- Assist senior mechanics in complex repair tasks and unit overhauls.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized accurately in the maintenance logs.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain tools and workshop area in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or related fields.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment or generator sets.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic systems.
- Highly disciplined with a strong commitment to work safety (K3).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess physical fitness and be ready to work on a rotational or site-based schedule if required.
