Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated assembly machines and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic components to minimize production downtime.
- Execute daily operational checks to ensure optimal machine performance and output quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service logs for all automated assets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and workplace environmental standards.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new automation equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automation or industrial maintenance role, preferably within an electronics (PCBA) manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, pneumatic systems, and industrial sensors.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
