We are currently looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Drafter & Estimator to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between design concepts and construction reality. You will be responsible for translating creative visions into technical construction drawings and ensuring project profitability through precise material and labor estimation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate and detailed construction drawings (Shop Drawings) for swimming pool projects.
- Calculate the Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) with high precision to ensure project profitability.
- Perform comprehensive material take-offs and procurement lists based on project blueprints.
- Estimate labor costs and project timelines to facilitate efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the site supervisor and design team to resolve technical drawing discrepancies.
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle to manage budget variances.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, Estimator, or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Expertise in AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, or similar industry-standard design software.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex cost calculations.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, building methods, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural plans and translate them into actionable construction guides.
