Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs on trucks, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults using diagnostic tools and manual inspection.
- Ensure all repair work complies with strict safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in maintenance procedures.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in the logbooks accurately.
- Assist in training junior technicians and provide technical support to the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Must possess a valid BMC (Bukti Kelulusan Kompetensi) certificate.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, fuel injection, and mechanical transmission.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
