Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on aerial work platforms, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and vertical mast lifts.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy machinery.
- Conduct thorough safety checks and ensure all equipment complies with OSHA and local regulatory standards.
- Assemble and dismantle equipment components according to manufacturer specifications and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address urgent repair requests and minimize downtime.
- Keep the workshop area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Mechanic Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing aerial work platforms (AWPs) or heavy mobile machinery.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights or in various environmental conditions.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class B or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
