Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations on heavy and light machinery to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Execute complex repairs on engines, hydraulic systems, transmission, and pneumatic components.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance and safety.
- Document all service activities, parts usage, and repair outcomes accurately in the maintenance management system.
- Coordinate with site operators to understand equipment performance issues and provide immediate technical support.
- Test and calibrate repaired equipment to meet SANY’s stringent quality and safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and environmental guidelines while handling lubricants and hazardous materials.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance (Cranes, Excavators, or Dump Trucks preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and engine troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematic diagrams, and repair blueprints.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in varying site conditions.
- Possession of a valid driving license (GDL/E license is an added advantage).
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
