We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic Wheel to join our professional maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance of various heavy equipment wheel systems, ensuring high availability and peak performance across our operational sites.
As a Mechanic Wheel, you will work closely with a dynamic engineering team, utilizing your technical expertise to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan. We value technicians who are proactive, safety-conscious, and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of heavy equipment maintenance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on heavy equipment wheel assemblies and related hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently using modern testing tools.
- Execute repairs, overhauls, and component replacements according to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance logs, inspection reports, and part usage.
- Ensure that all work environments remain clean, safe, and compliant with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Collaborate with field engineers to troubleshoot and resolve site-specific mechanical failures.
- Participate in technical training sessions to stay updated with the latest heavy equipment technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Heavy Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Computer Engineering.
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, specifically focusing on wheel components and undercarriage systems.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits in heavy machinery.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using specialized mechanical tools and diagnostic software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to adhere strictly to safety regulations and operational procedures.
