We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects within our data centre portfolio. As a key player in the engineering team, you will oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems from concept to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of data centre builds, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are designed and installed to guarantee optimal performance and uptime. You will act as the primary point of contact for engineering stakeholders and coordinate closely with architects and construction teams to resolve technical challenges on-site.

- Lead the MEP design process for new data centre build-outs and retrofits, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage BIM workflows, including model creation, clash detection, and coordination meetings, to optimize construction documentation.
- Oversee construction administration, including site inspections, method statement reviews, and strict safety compliance (SSPC).
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local building codes (BCA) and industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Tier standards).
- Manage sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and strict quality control of works.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, tender documents, and as-built drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP design and project management, with specific focus on Data Centre facilities.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools (AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including CRAC units, chillers, UPS systems, generators, and fire suppression systems.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent license is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English and local working languages.
