Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for commercial/residential projects
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD and BIM tools
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installation phases
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices
- Optimize energy efficiency and operational performance of MEP systems
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience in Indonesian construction sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes (SNI) and safety regulations
- Experience with project management methodologies and cost control
- Certification in LEED or Green Building standards preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
