Tanggung Jawab
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical application support for automation machinery and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate mechanical systems into client manufacturing lines.
- Conduct on-site installation supervision, system testing, and commissioning at client facilities across the SEA region.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide root-cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and installation guides.
- Act as a technical consultant to clients, recommending upgrades or modifications to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct technical training sessions for client engineering and maintenance staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an application engineering or field service role within the automation/manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation components, such as pneumatics, actuators, robotics, and sensors.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with international clients.
- Willingness to travel within the SEA region as required by project demands.
