Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Operate precision tools and equipment for fitting, calibration, and testing of mechanical systems
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality inspections and testing procedures to validate product functionality
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues and optimize processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Document assembly processes, report defects, and recommend improvements
- Support maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and assembly lines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering roles
- Proven expertise in mechanical assembly techniques and precision machinery
- Familiarity with CAD software and technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with quality control processes and testing methodologies
- Exclusion: F&B or electrical assembly experience not required
