Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies per engineering specifications
- Maintain strict cleanroom protocols including gowning procedures and contamination control
- Operate precision tools (torque wrenches, microscopes) for intricate assembly tasks
- Perform quality inspections using measurement instruments and visual checks
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve assembly issues
- Adhere to EHS standards and 5S workplace organization principles
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1+ years of assembly experience in cleanroom or precision manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and protocols
- Proficiency with mechanical blueprints and assembly diagrams
- Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in PPE for extended periods
