Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and integrate mechanical automation systems to improve production throughput and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of automated production lines to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative robotic or mechanical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new automation projects.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to optimize machine performance and safety standards.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new mechanical hardware and automation equipment.
- Train production staff on the operation and safety protocols of upgraded automated machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing environment, preferably within high-precision industries.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for mechanical design.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB).
- Ability to interpret complex technical schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly advantageous.
