We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical & Cooling System Technician to join our maintenance team in Ciracas, Jakarta Raya.

You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems and industrial cooling equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial cooling systems, chillers, and HVAC units.
- Conduct regular mechanical inspections and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor and record system parameters, pressure levels, and temperatures to ensure efficient performance.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade mechanical components and cooling system parts as needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machine efficiency and energy consumption.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and report technical issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with factory safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, specifically with industrial cooling/HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, fluid dynamics, and cooling cycles.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments for industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and piping diagrams.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide support for technical emergencies when required.
