Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting of mechanical automation systems and assembly lines to identify and rectify faults.
- Execute detailed testing and validation procedures on new machinery and prototypes to ensure reliability.
- Analyze failure data and root cause diagrams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize system architecture and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results, debug logs, and technical reports.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of automated equipment.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff during critical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical debugging, troubleshooting, or automation engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and precision mechanical components.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
- Experience with diagnostic tools, measuring instruments, and assembly line optimization software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a contract-based, fast-paced environment.
