Join Bridge Data Centres as a Mechanical Design Assistant Manager and lead the development of cutting-edge mechanical systems for state-of-the-art data centres. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions that meet stringent performance metrics including Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE), safety standards, cost targets, and deployment timelines.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of mechanical designs that optimize data centre performance while minimizing environmental impact. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and maintaining Bridge Data Centres' reputation for excellence in data centre infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design process for data centre facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Develop detailed mechanical system designs including HVAC, cooling, and power distribution systems
- Optimize designs to achieve PUE/WUE targets while maintaining operational efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Manage design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and technical reports
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in mechanical design for data centres
- Ensure all designs meet safety regulations and cost targets while maintaining high quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design for data centres or similar facilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling technologies, and power distribution systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
- Experience with PUE/WUE optimization and sustainable design practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
