- Lead technical discussions with clients to translate requirements into actionable design proposals
- Design, develop, and refine mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD tools
- Oversee equipment commissioning at client sites, ensuring seamless integration and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mechanical designs with electrical, software, and control systems
- Conduct design reviews, simulations, and prototype testing to validate functionality and reliability
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and installation manuals
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design for industrial automation equipment
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD) and simulation tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and tolerancing
- Experience with equipment commissioning and on-site troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept to implementation
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
