You'll own the entire product lifecycle from initial design conception through prototyping and production optimization, ensuring manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and superior quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/CATIA)
- Perform engineering simulations (FEA/CFD) to validate designs and optimize performance
- Plan and execute mechanical design projects from concept to production implementation
- Create detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications
- Conduct design reviews and implement engineering change requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Analyze material properties and manufacturing processes for cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated with industry standards and emerging design technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and simulation software
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Proven problem-solving skills with systematic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
