Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for industrial automation equipment.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar engineering software.
- Perform structural analysis, tolerance studies, and material selection to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure seamless system integration.
- Manage the prototyping process, including sourcing components and overseeing machine assembly.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of prototypes to meet performance and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, revisions, and engineering change orders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automation or machine-building industry.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks preferred, AutoCAD experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including kinematics, pneumatics, and material science.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical assemblies and perform hands-on machine testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
