Tanggung Jawab
- Lead mechanical design activities including conceptualization, detailing, and validation of industrial equipment
- Perform comprehensive equipment sizing calculations and thermal/hydraulic analysis
- Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for mechanical systems
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and 2D drafting
- Review and approve vendor-supplied technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design for industrial/water treatment systems
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of ASME codes, pressure vessel design, and material selection
- Experience with equipment sizing calculations for pumps, valves, and process equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration
