Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using industry-standard CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including 2D layouts and 3D models, ensuring full compliance with GD&T standards.
- Conduct design feasibility studies and perform stress analysis to optimize product performance and durability.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve design issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOM) and assembly instructions.
- Participate in prototype development and testing phases to validate design specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging engineering trends and software advancements to enhance design capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in mechanical design, preferably within the tooling or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred, given the location in Selangor.
