In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of power generator structures, ensuring high-quality design, fabrication, and structural integrity.
As a key member of our technical team, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and tangible manufacturing, working closely with fabrication teams to translate complex requirements into accurate technical drawings. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop robust mechanical structures for industrial power generators.
- Create detailed fabrication drawings and assembly layouts using SolidWorks.
- Conduct structural analysis to ensure components meet industry safety and performance standards.
- Coordinate with fabrication departments to oversee the production process and resolve technical issues.
- Perform material selection and optimize designs for sheet metal manufacturing efficiency.
- Review and revise engineering change orders to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant engineering codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically involving sheet metal.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding, bending, and laser cutting.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and engineering blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
