Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical designs and 3D models using SolidWorks for new product concepts.
- Conduct design feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and performance simulations.
- Create comprehensive engineering drawings and technical documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
- Manage the end-to-end prototyping process, including sourcing components and performing hands-on hardware testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electronics and software components.
- Identify design improvements to optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and ease of manufacturability.
- Perform failure analysis and execute design iterations based on testing feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (part modeling, assembly, and drafting).
- Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and material properties.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, workshop tools, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
