Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of innovative cable support systems from concept through to final production.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Conduct structural analysis and performance testing to ensure products meet international industrial standards.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and enhance material efficiency.
- Standardize product components to streamline inventory management and manufacturing throughput.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues during the prototyping and mass-production phases.
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance records for all product design iterations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical product design, preferably within the metal fabrication or construction materials industry.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor).
- Strong understanding of material science, metal forming processes, and structural engineering principles.
- Knowledge of industrial standards and safety regulations regarding cable management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
