Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop industrial automation machinery using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and 3D models for manufacturing
- Collaborate with electrical/software engineers to integrate mechanical systems with automation controls
- Analyze engineering requirements and optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability
- Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical components and assemblies
- Research emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions in automation projects
- Prepare technical documentation including BOMs, assembly guides, and maintenance manuals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design for automation/industrial machinery
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) with portfolio of complex assemblies
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with tolerance analysis, FEA simulation, and design validation methodologies
- Knowledge of automation components (actuators, sensors, conveyors, pneumatic systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
