Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine mechanical designs for high-precision equipment from conceptualization to production.
- Conduct rigorous thermal analysis and structural simulations to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to integrate subsystems seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Perform root cause analysis and implement design improvements based on performance data and feedback.
- Manage engineering change orders (ECO) to ensure alignment with production quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the semiconductor or automation industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Creo).
- Solid understanding of thermal management principles and structural analysis (FEA).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, and casting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
