In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our custom machinery, from conceptual design to final fabrication. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our metal fabrication projects meet the highest standards of precision, safety, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and machinery systems using 3D CAD software.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and technical specifications for production.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new machine designs.
- Perform structural and functional simulations to ensure design integrity and safety compliance.
- Optimize existing designs to improve material efficiency and reduce fabrication time.
- Maintain technical documentation and revision control for all engineering projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling software is required.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, welding standards, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
