Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical designs, 3D models, and 2D technical drawings using CAD software.
- Analyze project requirements and technical specifications to create efficient and cost-effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to ensure designs meet manufacturing standards.
- Perform structural and functional analysis to verify design integrity and safety compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering change orders.
- Provide technical support during prototyping, testing, and mass production phases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and mechanical component optimization.
- Ensure all design documentation adheres to company and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mechanical design or product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA).
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with local government industrial regulations is a significant advantage.
