As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through to prototyping and manufacturing support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Sales Team, translating client requirements and technical specifications into robust, efficient, and manufacturable designs. This position demands a strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal design.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOMs) to facilitate accurate manufacturing and assembly.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Sales, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely project delivery.
- Conduct design reviews, analyze product performance, and implement design improvements based on feedback, testing, and industry best practices.
- Perform necessary engineering calculations and simulations to validate design integrity, functionality, and compliance with standards.
- Provide technical support during prototyping, testing, and debugging phases, making prompt design adjustments as required.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of design changes, revisions, and overall project progress.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and advanced design software enhancements to drive continuous innovation and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, specifically demonstrating expertise in sheet metal design and fabrication principles.
- High proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) and 2D drafting software (AutoCAD) is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong foundational understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and various manufacturing processes.
- Ability to accurately read, interpret, and create complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
