Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical designs for automotive structural components using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/CATIA/NX).
- Perform structural analysis and validation (FEA) to ensure design integrity under various loading conditions.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine product specifications and design requirements.
- Prepare technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct design reviews to identify cost-reduction opportunities and performance improvements.
- Lead prototyping activities, including testing, evaluation, and documentation of design iterations.
- Ensure all designs comply with automotive safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting technical issues during the production phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive mechanical design or structural engineering.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX).
- Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and simulation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of materials science, particularly metals and high-strength polymers used in automotive structures.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and manufacturing processes such as injection molding or die casting.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
