Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components, enclosures, and assemblies for advanced electronic products.
- Utilize 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD) to create detailed mechanical models and 2D engineering drawings.
- Conduct thermal and structural analysis to ensure product reliability and performance in demanding environments.
- Collaborate closely with electrical and hardware engineering teams to optimize PCB layouts and electronic packaging.
- Apply Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFM/DFA) principles to ensure cost-effective and scalable production.
- Lead prototyping, testing, and validation phases, analyzing results to iterate and improve designs.
- Work with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues during the mass production phase.
- Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOM) and design specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in mechanical design, specifically within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Pro-E/Creo, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of materials (plastics, sheet metal, die-casting) and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with electronics packaging, thermal management, and tolerance analysis.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for automotive, healthcare, or data communication products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting design and manufacturing issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
