Tanggung Jawab
- Design complex mechanical components and complete assemblies for industrial machinery, conveyors, and heavy fabrication systems using SolidWorks.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation, including BOMs and assembly instructions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform stress/force analysis to ensure design integrity and safety compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the fabrication team and project managers to resolve design issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Perform site visits to assess on-site requirements and provide technical support during the fabrication and installation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering trends and software advancements to continuously improve design methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in mechanical design, specifically within the industrial machinery sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (including complex assemblies and surface modeling).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and manufacturing materials.
- Experience with heavy fabrication systems and custom equipment design is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
