Tanggung Jawab
- Lead front-end mechanical design development for LV switchboards in APAC markets
- Design and optimize mechanical components ensuring compliance with IEC/ASME standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and thermal management systems
- Develop detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Conduct FEA analysis for structural validation and thermal performance assessment
- Research and implement innovative materials and manufacturing techniques
- Prepare design documentation and support prototype testing/validation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in LV switchboard or electrical enclosure design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) with FEA capabilities
- Strong knowledge of APAC electrical safety standards (IEC 61439, etc.)
- Experience with sheet metal design and fabrication processes
- Proven track record in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
