Pen Konsult is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to gather essential data for M&E design projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and material schedules.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, international standards, and sustainability regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize system performance.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and project stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to ensure project profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E consulting or facility design, preferably in factory settings.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical distribution.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
