StaffKing Pte Ltd is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. We have multiple openings across the North and East regions, covering the automotive, semiconductor, and freezer equipment sectors. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, from designing automotive systems to developing cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment and industrial freezer solutions.
You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end mechanical design process, from concept generation and detailed CAD modeling to prototype testing and production launch. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams—including electrical, firmware, and manufacturing engineers—will be essential to ensure seamless integration and compliance with industry standards.
This position requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD), and hands‑on experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and finite element analysis (FEA). Familiarity with GD&T, material selection, and thermal management is highly desirable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and detailed drafting of mechanical components and assemblies for automotive, semiconductor, and freezer equipment applications.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools.
- Perform feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and FEA to validate design integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Support prototype fabrication, testing, and debugging, and iterate designs based on test results and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.
- Manage project timelines and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automotive, semiconductor, or industrial equipment industries.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
- Hands‑on experience with FEA, GD&T, and design for manufacturing (DFM) methodologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of materials selection, thermal management, and cost optimization is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.
