- Develop comprehensive mechanical designs based on customer specifications and industry standards
- Create detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from conception to completion
- Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams for seamless integration
- Conduct design validation through prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance automation solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials science
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, ASME, or equivalent)
