Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for semiconductor and electronic products
- Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and thermal systems
- Analyze material requirements, manufacturing processes, and cost optimization strategies
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to validate designs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols
- Document design processes, test results, and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design for semiconductors or electronics
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems
- Experience with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
