As a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Semiconductor Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced mechanical systems and components for semiconductor equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for semiconductor equipment using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate design performance and compliance with specifications.
- Create and review technical drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and production.
- Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback and testing results.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting during development phases.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in semiconductor equipment or precision engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical principles.
- Experience with FEA and simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
