Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical designs, layouts, and 3D models for bespoke industrial automation systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations to ensure design integrity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to integrate system components seamlessly.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), assembly drawings, and maintenance manuals.
- Oversee the prototype fabrication and assembly process, troubleshooting technical hurdles as they arise.
- Perform on-site installation support and system optimization for end-users.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mechanical engineering software and industrial manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, kinematics, and industrial manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and translate them into actionable design requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for mechanical detail.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- For Senior positions, a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation design is required.
