Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop complex mechanical components and robotic sub-assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Perform structural analysis, motion studies, and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure design integrity.
- Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics and software with mechanical hardware.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on simulation results and feedback.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant safety, quality, and industry-specific regulatory standards.
- Support the prototyping phase by troubleshooting design-for-manufacturing (DFM) challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in mechanical design, specifically within the robotics or industrial machinery sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (Surfacing, Weldments, Sheet Metal, and Assembly management).
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex mechanical systems and 3D modeling proficiency.
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems and version control for design files.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.
- High-speed internet access and a reliable workstation capable of running high-end CAD software.
