We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineering Staff to join our dynamic team at System Engineering Integrator Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D and 2D mechanical design programs that precisely meet customer specifications and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, compliance with industry standards, and seamless integration into larger engineering projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive 3D and 2D mechanical design program requirements aligned with customer specifications
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and project integration
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical recommendations for product optimization
- Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications and bills of materials
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Support manufacturing teams with design clarification and problem-solving during production
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design engineering within relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in technical contexts
