Tanggung Jawab
- Lead mechanical design lifecycle for industrial machinery, from conceptualization to production deployment
- Optimize manufacturing processes through innovative mechanical solutions and automation systems
- Collaborate with electrical/software engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Utilize advanced CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling, simulation, and documentation
- Conduct feasibility studies, material selection analysis, and stress testing protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for mechanical design excellence
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of mechanical design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and mechanical systems
- Proven track record in industrial machinery design and prototyping
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and project management
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar quality methodologies (advantageous)
