Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the mechanical design team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process for HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and site engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform detailed technical reviews of drawings, schematics, and calculations to ensure compliance with local and international building codes.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and design schedules to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs for clients.
- Provide expert technical guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, SS, ASHRAE).
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Professional Engineer/PE status is highly preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HVAC design within the construction or engineering consultancy industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading design teams in cleanroom and process utility projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and energy modeling tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and team dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for technical detail.
