Integro Technologies is proud to partner with Aurionpro Transit to hire a talented Mechanical Development Engineer based in Johor Bahru. This is not just a CAD-modeling role; we are looking for an innovator who can take mechanical concepts from initial industrial design through to manufacturing and implementation in complex transit systems.
As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to build robust, scalable, and high-performance mechanical solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence product architecture, optimize design for manufacturability, and see your designs deployed in real-world infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design process from conceptualization to final product realization.
- Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using industry-standard CAD software.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations to ensure design integrity.
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (machining, molding, fabrication) for cost-effective production.
- Collaborate with industrial designers to ensure aesthetic appeal aligns with structural functionality.
- Perform prototype testing, debugging, and iterative design improvements.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and transit industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in mechanical product development or industrial design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, manufacturing processes, and materials science.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think beyond traditional CAD modeling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project timelines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay is highly preferred for local collaboration.
