Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate and detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and layouts using industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor).
- Convert initial design concepts, sketches, and verbal instructions from engineers into comprehensive 2D and 3D models.
- Collaborate effectively with mechanical engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet all project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and revise existing drawings and designs based on engineering changes, client feedback, and updated specifications, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and other essential documentation required for procurement, fabrication, assembly, and installation.
- Ensure all drafting work adheres to relevant industrial codes, standards (e.g., ISO, ASME), and internal company procedures.
- Maintain an organized system for filing and archiving CAD files, project documentation, and revision histories.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights to optimize design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Mechanical Drafter or CAD Designer, preferably within a manufacturing, machinery, or heavy industrial environment.
- High proficiency in one or more leading CAD software packages such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, engineering mechanics, and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and their application.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with relevant Indonesian industrial standards and safety regulations is highly desirable.
